Error message: Business Entity Collection Platform Name cannot be null when initializing metadata

Hi. Does anyone know what this message means? 

Business Entity Collection Platform Name cannot be null when initializing metadata

It shows up on the web.powerapps.com apps page:

This error has been hanging there for over a week and we are not sure if we need to fix something in order for it to go away. This error shows up only in two envrionments in the same Office 365 tenant. I haven't seen this error in other envrionments or in other tenants.

Any comments will be greatly appreciated!

I have got the same error message as well ... Not sure what has happened

@tongliu17, We still have this scary message. It never went away. It shows up in two PowerApps environments within the same Office 365 tenant. 

I don't understand what the purpose of these errors is, if we can't even troubleshoot them. This error might be important or not, there is no way to tell. We need some way to retrieve the full error.
