I created a ticket app for our company using the service desk template. The app works on my end when ran, however, when shared with someone else there is an error message that appears and I am not sure how to fix this or what it means:
The error usually indicates that the user don't have the permission/failed to access the data source. Please make sure that the user has the proper permission to access the data source included in this app.
