Error occured on server while adding a calendar list to gallery

Hi Team,

I have a custom calendar which has different columns those are of type managed metadata (4 to be exact), column of type geolocation, resources, Free/Busy.

Also this list reffers data from term store.

I am trying to attach this list to a gallery in powerapps to show columns such as startDate, endDate etc.

But while doing so i am getting "Error occured on server" error on the gallery.

I read on the forum that when list has many lookup columns this type of error occurs.

Can anyone confirm about this?

Thanks

Re: Error occured on server while adding a calendar list to gallery

Hi @abd3127,

By default, managed metadata column is not shown is the list of columns inside a Gallery control.

Please use the data table control instead of a Gallery control to make the managed metadata column shown. You could see the managed metadata column option is shown in Fields and you can check it to make it show in data table.
