Extracting Error Message from PowerApps Error Message box

Hi,

I have implemented a button control which when selected, the 'OnSelect' contains formula which triggers a custom connector for follow on action.

What i do want to be able to do, is to capture errors and notify user in the event that this fails.

Out of the box from PowerApps Studio, i can see that there is a tooltip which alerts user when the action has failed - pic below

When i hover over the "Yellow Triangle sign", i get the message displayed.

Is there a way i can extract this message? What property of this control can i reference to get this?

The idea is that i can use this to trigger any further activities when the action failed, and also displaying the message to user.

Thanks

Re: Extracting Error Message from PowerApps Error Message box

Hi @warren,

I am afraid that currently there is no property/function can be used to exact the error message from PowerApps error message box then show it on the app.

Though we have Errors function that can be used to provide error information for previous changes to a data source.
