Failed deleting solution - Sql error

Hi All,

I have a solution that I regularly validate the ability to install/delete from other environments.

Recently, I have been unable to delete solutions.  Always getting the same error:

Failed deleting solution. Sql error: Generic SQL error. CRM ErrorCode: -2147204784 Sql ErrorCode: -2146232060 Sql Number: 547

The solution includes:

• Entities
• Model driven app
• Canvas app
• Flows

A few other points:

• It seems like I started seeing the error after including Flows, but can't recall exactly
• I can reproduce this in any environment I create
• If I repackage the same components into a new Solution it seems I can delete without a problem I observe the same problem

Any thoughts would be very helpful!

No, that is for deletion through code.  I'm using the PowerApps environment UI.
