Filtered Choices

I have drobdown (Change Status) with list of values.

  • New
  • Pending Awaiting External Vendor
  • Pending Process Team Inputs
  • Approved to Develop / Work On
  • Pending Estimation
  • Moved Prodcution
  • Rejected

I have filtered the items based on selected value.

Existing Items  Formula :

If(

    ChangeStatus.Value = "Pending Awaiting External Vendor" || ChangeStatus.Value = "Pending Process Team Inputs",

    Filter(

        Choices('Estimation Hour'.ChangeStatus),

        Value = "Pending Estimation" || Value = "Pending Awaiting External Vendor" || Value = "Pending Process Team Inputs"

    ),

    Choices('Estimation Hour'.ChangeStatus)

)

The above formula is working as expected.

I want to filtered the items based on one more condition like below.

Example If Change Status is equal to "Pending Awaiting External Vendor" or Change Status  equal to "Pending Process Team Inputs" and IsBlank(DateValue1.Selected) = false and IsBlank(Date2.Selected) =true.

Then I want to display only following three items in Change Status Dropdown.

  • Pending Awaiting External Vendor
  • Pending Process Team Inputs
  • Pending Estimation

Second Condition :

 If Change Status is equal to "Pending Awaiting External Vendor" or Change Status  equal to "Pending Process Team Inputs" and  IsBlank(Date2.Selected) =false

Then I want to display only following three items in Change Status Dropdown.

  • Pending Awaiting External Vendor
  • Pending Process Team Inputs
  • Approved to Develop / Work On

Show all the values if both condition are failed.

Please help how to add nested if condition and filtered the items

Re: Filtered Choices

Hi @azeesdinu

If(

(ChangeStatus.Value = "Pending Awaiting External Vendor" || ChangeStatus.Value = "Pending Process Team Inputs") && (IsBlank(DateValue1.SelectedDate) = false) &&
(IsBlank(Date2.SelectedDate) =true),
Filter(

Choices('Estimation Hour'.ChangeStatus),

Value = "Pending Estimation" || Value = "Pending Awaiting External Vendor" || Value = "Pending Process Team Inputs"

),
If(

(ChangeStatus.Value = "Pending Awaiting External Vendor" || ChangeStatus.Value = "Pending Process Team Inputs") &&
(IsBlank(Date2.SelectedDate) =false),
Filter(

Choices('Estimation Hour'.ChangeStatus),

Value = "Approved to Develop / Work On" || Value = "Pending Awaiting External Vendor" || Value = "Pending Process Team Inputs"

),
Choices('Estimation Hour'.ChangeStatus)

))
