Filtered Gallery suddenly not showing some items.

We have an ordering app that collects orders from the sales team so the admin team can process them.

This is done through a Sharepoint list connection.

The problem lies with a filtered gallery. There are two types of "Active" orders that should display in our Active Orders Gallery screen: "New" and "Processing", however this morning the "New" orders suddenly stopped pulling through.

This is the formula:

Filter('Turn-In Orders',
DateTimeValue(Turn_x0020_In_x0020_Date0) <= Now()),

Looks to be a delegation issue, but I can't seem to solve it. Error message attached.

Has anyone had this issue? It just suddenly stopped working this morning.

I already have the Data Row Limit set to 2000.

Thanks 🙂

Re: Filtered Gallery suddenly not showing some items.

Hi @elyse93,

What is the column type of "Admin_x0020_Status_x0020_and_x00" column? If it's a text column, then your formula is correct. But if it is a Choice column, then the formula should be:

Filter('Turn-In Orders',
DateTimeValue(Turn_x0020_In_x0020_Date0) <= Now()),

But there will still be the delegation warning. This is due to the .Value part for Choice column. If it is a text column then there shouldn't be delegation warning.

To workaround the delegation warning, you can collect your SharePoint list to the collection, then use the collection as the data source of the gallery. You could set the OnStart property of the formula to:

Collect(C1, ListName)

Then use C1 as the data source name in gallery.
