Filtering Data Sources

I have an excel sheet with roughly 1,800 rows of data which is rapidly growing.  However, for my app to process I only really need to load up the last 200 or so rows.  Is there a way to filter my data so I'm only bringing in the latest data or is this only for sources that allow delegation?

P.S I am moving away from using Excel.  I'm playing around with Sharepoint and SQL Server.  I just need to get a bit more comfortable with those sources before I make any changes.

Re: Filtering Data Sources

You cannot delegate with excel. Go ahead with your switch to Sharepoint if you need to do this.

Re: Filtering Data Sources

Hi @dyee4614

if you are importing the excel file into PowerApps, all the data is held in memory

In that case you could use

LastN(TableName,200)
