Flow to pass PowerApp fields to Excel

Hi everyone

I've setup a flow that is triggered using a button in my Power App, which inserts a row into an Excel table.  I've got this to work in principle but have run into an issue trying to pass paramaters to this flow from fields which are multi-choice fields.

For my normal single-choice fields I've used Text(FIELDNAME.Default.Value) and this passes the text of the selected choice to the flow and adds it to the Excel table.  However, this isn't accepted for the multi-choice fields I've got.  Is this a limitation of Power Apps where you can't pass parameters to a flow from a multi-choice field, and if so, is there any workaround?

Thanks in advance for your help.
