Format filtered date

Hello,

I am new to PowerApps and have been struggling with the following issue:

I  am picking a date column from Excel for my DropDown box (this will be updated regularly by users in excel). The values are filtered not to show previous dates. Now everything works fine except for the formatting as shown in the screenshot. I would like to use "dd/mm/yyyy", but I cannot seem to make it work.  Could you please help me?

Re: Format filtered date

hi @Kass,

Can you share a bit more about your excel?

Whats your excel Date column format?

I made a test.  Excel is named as table1.

Add a dropdown control.

Set the items of the dropdown to :

AddColumns(Filter(Table1,Column1>Today()),"date",Text(Column1,"[$-en-US]dd/mm/yyyy"))

Regards

Eason
