Gallery help

Hi there, 

I am having an issue with a gallery. When I try to display a document library within a gallery it only shows one of the thisitem.title even though there is 4 documents in the library each with a title? 

Does anyone know how to possibly resolve this 🙂

Hi @TCH ,

I think what you want to display is Name column which records the files' name.

Plese try to set the label's Text to :

ThisItem.Name

The title column is a default metadata column used in the content types for both a Document and an Item content type.  These columns exist in every new library and you cannot delete them from the standard column lists.

And usually this column only has one record data.

So make a Gallery with Items -> 'YourData'

Make in this gallery a field which shows your title Items -> 'ThisItem.Title'

 

and then it must be show all 4.

This is what I have already done, and that is my issue it does not show the title of all 4 items but just 1 of them.

Items = 'Indledende gennemgang af dokumenter 1/4'
Text = ThisItem.Titel 


And it only shows 1 of the titles as you can see.
