Gallery item selection not working properly on IOS

Hi. When I select an item in a Browse Gallery in the web browser everything works fine. But when testing on my phone, the selected item does not change colour until I scroll, or select some other object like the Search Box.

My gallery settings are: TemplateFill = If(ThisItem.IsSelected, Orange, RGBA(0, 0, 0, 0)). I am testing the app on IOS.

Could someone suggest a resolution?

I just tested with my iPhone with the same formula, iOS version 11.4.1 and PowerApps version 3.18084.12. I cannot reproduce your issue:

Please check your version numbers.

Thanks so much for checking. I am using a slightly newer version of PowerApps 3.18084.14.

Could you try your app with the following advanced settings turned ON? After a long search, turning these OFF seemed to do the trick for me, as well as solving gallery freezing from time to time. It would be nice if someone else could verify this as definite a bug in PowerApps on iOS.
