This could be a caching issue. Can you try to logout of the browser, clear the cache and login again to check if the issue still exists?
Also, can you try to confirm the issue in a different browser. If none of this helps, please raise a support ticket on: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

Can you check that the Gateway service is running?
If you go to Control Panel > Services on the machine where you installed the gateway, the "On-premises data gateway service" should be started and running.
