Newly discovering PowerApp. I have 2 SharePoint lists:
Skills
Skills Lookup
Skills Lookup has a single column, "Title"
Skills has 4 columns:
Created a PowerApp by going to Skills list and clicking "PowerApp" from the menu. This takes me to the web-based PowerApp editor. The PowerApp created works beautifully except for two things.
First, the BrowseGallery control does not provide the option to display "Skill" lookup column.
Second, the EditForm control displays the "Skill" lookup column, and it displays the right number of items in the drop down but the values I can choose all say:
Any advice on how to get the BrowseGallery to display the Skill information or a work-a-round would be great but even better if someone can tell me how to get the "Title" field information from the Skill Lookup list to display instead of the #Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference text.

@smoupre - glad to hear that you liked what you have experienced till now. The two issues you ran into are things which we are aware of and have not been able to simplify just yet.
For the BrowseGallery issue:
You should have the value available in the BrowseGallery now.
For the Edit Form & the Display Form:
You should have the forms displaying the skills properly now.

Easy peasy, thanks for the assist!
One item of feedback, I had found the @data.type setting but it looked greyed out so I didn't think I could change it. Duh, I should have learned by now to just click on stuff just to see. But, a visual cue of having that drop down box be white would be a good thing I think.
Thanks again, this stuff is awesome!!
Thanks for the feedback on the grey color, we will look at it again.
I followed these instructions to show the 'value' of the lookup on the screen and it was working wonderfullly or me in my app through several iterations, then suddenly it started showing # signs between the values. What happened?
