Grid In Power Apps

Can Someone Explain whether we have a fully customizable GRID in power apps like we have ASP.NET MVC . if yes how to use

The only replacement for grid is named gallery. Basically you can customize it as you wish. You can find more info here

You can also check out the Data Table. Although it seems like some enhancements are still on its way, it is already very useful in its current form.
