How to connect custom tables from Business Central to PowerApps

Hello, I am creating an app that requires to make use of one of the custom tables that I have created using extensions in Business Central. I have added the table in web services in Business Central and then created a connection in Powerapps for that tenant in Business Central. But, I could not get the table in the data source lists. How do I get the custom table into powerapps. Is it possible to use custom tables from Business Central in Powerapps?

Thanks in Advance.

Re: How to connect custom tables from Business Central to PowerApps

Hi @DhruvMehta,

Do you create a custom table using extensions in your D365 Business Central?

Currently, within PowerApps, you could only use the tables created within your D365 Business Central itself. If you want to access a custom table created via using extentions in your D365 Business Central from an app, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

Re: How to connect custom tables from Business Central to PowerApps

Eventhough this post is a little old, i would like to ask a related question as i have similar problem.

When i create a custom table and publish it in the web services of Business central, it does not show in the list of available tables under my connection in PowerApps.

Does PowerApps only work with pre-defined tables from Business central or what am i missing?
