How to get this gallery look?

How can I get this Excel style of gallery view?

Please see attachment.

I cannot find a way of replicating this with columns along the top and data under each column.

Thanks

Re: How to get this gallery look?

The header column Titles aren't in the gallery. They are labels that site above the gallery on the screen. The key is to align your data labels inside the gallery to the header title labels outside the gallery.

Re: How to get this gallery look?

Thanks

I am not seeing repeating rows though - only one row is showing.

Is it some property setting for repeating rows?

Hi Sienna

Instead of inserting gallery, add data table.
Go to insert>> data table>> then connect to your list or record type.
You will get the same style as excel. You can add columns and change colour of header etc.

Oh I think it was the wrap count setting.

Seems ok now

Thanks - I sometimes use the data table, but the issue that it does not refresh with the latest data is still there.
