I cannot create an powerapp.

I logged in powerapps and once I try to create an app, the error message is showing below. 

I got all the privilege as a developer. 

I try in incognito at Chrome and Ex and delete the cache and cookies, but didn't work.

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

Were you trying to created the app from "Start from data"? Which is the connector that you use to create the auto-generated app? Have you tried to create a blank app and test?

I have tried from the sample apps and none of them are working. 

Once I click create button, it is automatically showing the error above.

The blank app is fine, but the others are not working for me.

I just tested with sample apps and I got the same error. I will try to report this issue and see if others have any suggestions. Sorry for the inconvience.
