Is it PowerApps or Flow or SharePoint issue.

I have created an app the invokes flow and then adds document to the SharePoint document library.

The problem I am facing is for certain users that are part of the custom user group I created, can add  the document to thet library but not metadat. The flow first creates a document in the library and then updates the file property but, it fails when it tries to update the file property for users in a "custom users group".

I am confused as to why it created the document but not the metadata.

The custom user group has assigned Read and Write permission via custom permissions.

Hi @Anonymous,

Which metadata property do you want to update using the "Update file properties" action within your flow?

Could you please expand the "Updtae file properties" action within your flow?

Best regards,

Kris
