Is there an simple way to create a tab and it just be another page displaying some data?

i have a form. after people fill it out, i want there to be a tab or button that when clicked will just show another page with a summary of some of what they filled out on the form. my question is how to do a tab/second page?

You can create another screen and configure it to display whatever you want. Then on the form page you could add a button and when clicked have the user navigated to the other screen using the Navigate() function. You can modify the properties of the button to make it look more like tab.
