Issue Patching Date time to SharePoint

Hi All,

I am adding new iteam to a sharpoint list using the Patch method. This is all working ok. The one problem I have is the DateTime stamp that i see within the sharpoint list is to a 1 hour resolution. i.e.  19/12/2017 4:32:00 will appear as  19/12/2017 4:00:00.

I require down to 1 minute resolution for my app. Is there any reason why this is not working as expected? Now() returns the datetime down to the minute but for some reason this is not reflected in the patched data.

Patch(SelectedEmployeesList, Defaults(SelectedEmployeesList),
             { Comments: Comments,
               Contract: Contract,
               Crew: Crew,
               IDColumn: ID,
               Name: Name,
               SignOff: SignOff,
               SignOn: SignOn,
               SavedBy: User().Email,
               DateSaved: Now() }

Re: Issue Patching Date time to SharePoint

I've tried to repro your issue, but was not able to. Some suggestions to look at are, ensure you have the SharePoint field configured correctly. Ie format is Date & Time, and that you dont have any custom formatting applied to the column (in SharePoint and PowerApps).

If this doesn't resolve your issue, please provide as much detail about the steps you used so I can attempt to repro the issue.

Re: Issue Patching Date time to SharePoint

Hi @Bill_Hand,

Unfortunatly I was unable to get this working. I ported all my powerapps over to an SQL datbase over sharpoint for a number of reason. This inherently solved my issue.
