Issue with updating Flow with new parameters

I have a problem exactly like

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/PowerApps-Forum/Flows-and-PowerApps/m-p/23496/highlight/true#M10...

where I have an existing flow that works fine with my Powerapp, but when I add another parameter to the Flow, the new parameter doesn't show up and the Intellisense is still picking up the old parameters

Accordig to the link, I need to delete the reference to my Flow and re-add it. However, following the exact instructions, I can't find the option to remove the association.

I have tried with a button, but it's just the same issue. Nor did it matter if i edited it in the browser or in the studio.

Re: Issue with updating Flow with new parameters

Go to screen level (Screen1, for example) -> "Data" on the right side

There should be a Logic App symbol with your Flow name.

Click the "..."

Click Delete

Next, select to the element you want to associate with Flow (for me it was a button).

Then click "Action" in the Ribbon, then "Flows".

Then click the Flow you want to apply.

It'll take like 10 seconds to re-establish the datasource.

Now your Flow parameters should be updated

Note that by doing so, it'll override whatever's in the OnSelect attribute.

Re: Issue with updating Flow with new parameters

Check data sources and you will see your flow there. Delete the datasource and then you can go back and add flow the way you originally did...

Re: Issue with updating Flow with new parameters

Note, these instructions do not work. There is no "Delete" action on the three dots anymore. . .

Re: Issue with updating Flow with new parameters

Go to View > Data Sources > Find the flow > click 3 dots > click remove

Re: Issue with updating Flow with new parameters

I did this manipulation but it doesn't change anything and the flow still has the old parameters.

I have always had this issue which is quite annoying and time consuming, is there another way ?

Re: Issue with updating Flow with new parameters

If that doesn't work you will need to go to the flow and delete the step where you are requesting the powerapps parameters and remake it, then when you go back to the powerapp and load the flow it should have the correct parameters.

Re: Issue with updating Flow with new parameters

Thank you but my parameter is part of a condition from which all the flow depends, this is equivalent to do the flow from scratch, which is not suitable.
