I created an app that contains a bunch of forms that are linked to a number of Sharepoint Lists spread across a few sites. I created this app by starting in the Powerapps studio, not through SharePoint.
I'm trying to get this app shared with everyone in my org, but the app refuses to show up on anyone's mobile devices unless the app is shared individually with them. Since I'm trying to get this out to hundreds of people, adding them individually and keeping up with staffing shanges isn't really feasable.
I've already taken a look through this thread, but I don't think that this matches my situation because the app was created through the studio with links to the lists generated afterwards, and the app links to quite a few lists across 4-5 Sharepoint sites. I've checked the permissions for all of the lists, and they're all set to allow the entire org to create items.
What am I missing? Is there a way to get my app to show up on everyone's mobile devices?
In addition, we will need to share this application with a number of external users (contractors), who already have their own permissions group on the relevant SharePoint site. I was wondering if there is a possibility to couple permissions directly with that sharepoint permissions group, rather than having to manage multiple large lists of external users? We will have to do this in a number of places across a few lists so having this ability would be awesome.
