Hello,
Ran into a snag with using Location.Latitude / .Longitude.
Is there a way to point PowerApps to a "hardware" GPS signal rather than a "web" signal?
On the iPhone, I have no issue (because powerapps isn't running in the browser, but rather native).
Any ideas?
Thanks
Hi @ericonline,
Have you turned on the location under your Device:
Settings > Privacy > Location
More information, see:
Windows 10 location service and Privacy

Michael
Hi @v-micsh-msft,
Sorry for the late reply.
I'm not using Windows in all cases.
Right now for example, I'm on Linux tethered to a cellular hotspot.
I'm physically residing at Lat: 47.54 Long: -122.38, but PowerApps is showing me at Lat: 37.09 Long: -95.71. How can I tell PowerApps to look at my GPS rather than get Lat/Long info from my network connection?
Thank you
Weird... after posting this...literally 3 minutes later. The Location.Lat/.Long in PowerApps changed to 47.54, -122.38 respectively.
Any ideas why the location would swing so wildly?
