I am absolutely new to PowerApps and I do not have a technical background. I was attempting to revise the Leave Request Template with my company's information. However, I am struggling with the collections. Is there anyway to update the collections already stored within the template or do I have to create my own collections and link them within the template?
I have read MS instructions on collections and I am still confused. Can anyone help? It would be soooo greatly appreciated. Thank you!
That depends on where will you save your data to. If you have a data source to store the data, say SharePoint list, it is possible to submit collections to SharePoint with multiple rows at a time by using a combination of ForAll and Patch to submit the items.
For example, your OnSelect property of a Submit button would look something like this:
Am also having the same issue , Am trying to modify the Leave Type,Defaut value and Descriptions . As per the guide tried editing in login screen On Start function , But the changes are not reflecting. Could you pelase advice .
