Re: Licensing Question reg mobile Canvas app userss.

HI @ArndHeymann ,

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I think PowerApps is a good choice for you.

The thought that you mentioned is correct, if you want to use PowerApps, you must purchase related licenses/subscriptions. But you (or your end users) could consider try PowerApps Plan 2 for free for 30 days via signing up for PowerApps Plan 2 free trial (using your Office 365 work or school account).

More details about signing up for PowerApps Plan 2 free trial, please check the following article:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/pricing-billing-skus#powerapps-plan-2-free-tri...

Actually, you and your end users do not must purchase PowerApps Plan1 or Plan 2 license, if you own an Office 365 license includes PowerApps, you could also use PowerApps' functionality.

More details about the Office 365 license include PowerApps, please check the following article:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/pricing-billing-skus#powerapps-for-office-365

More details about PowerApps licenses, please check the following article:

Hi @ArndHeymann

Yes, it is correct that all your customers would need some sort of a PowerApps subscription, and also belong to the same tenant. Therefore, PowerApps would not be suitable in this scenario.

The ability to share PowerApps with external users will hopefully come soon, so it might be worth you waiting and seeing how this turns out.
