Lookup Function doesn't work in Edit form showing Error

Hi,

My app was running fine untill 3 house ago.

Suddenly, all edit form will not display anything. Item property display error saying an error occured on the server.

I have tested the datasource on gallery and other controls. Appearently, this only happens to edit form or display form. Either lookup or filter functions works fine in gallery but not in any forms.

Data source is Azure sql server. No change was made to the sql server or the app prior to disfunction.

Please Help!
