Mailbox Not Enabled for RESTAPI

Hello, i have been looking for a solution to this problem but cant seem to figure this out. 

My app is using O365, Sharepoint and OneDrive Connection. It used to have an Outlook connection but I removed that because of this error which still didnt fix the issue..

The application works fine even with the error about 25% of the users are recieving this error? Any idea of how to resolve this or hide it?

It is a known limit or issue that when using an Office 365 Outlook connector within PowerApps.

In order to use Office 365 Outlook connector within PowerApps, you will need access to an O365 mailbox that has the REST API enabled. Please check the following article for more details:

In order to fix this issue, please consider ask the Administrator to migrate corresponding mailbox data. More details about fixing this issue, please check the following article:

Please check if the emailbox of the user who faced this issue has been enabled REST API. If not, please ask the Administrator to enable the REST API for the corresponding mailbox.
