Mobile Browser Support for SharePoint Custom PowerApp Form

Form is not scrollable in mobile browser.  Help!

Setup configuration: 

• SharePoint list form that has been customized with PowerApps (like this)
• Access the site via mobile devise Iphone 10, Browser Safari. 
• List displays
• New Form displays, but is not scrollable. 

Is the only way to have a mobile scenario to have a canvas application?
