Multiple Select from SharePoint List

I created a custom list of contacts (Team Contacts) that has fields "Full Name" and "Email". Then from another list I created a dropdown lookup field called Team that alows me to select multiple items from the "Team Contacts" list. It works great from within PowerApps, but I wanted to expand it a step further and add a multi line field that will list the email address from the people I select. I am not sure that is possible.

In the "Team Email List" Default = the following.

If(IsTeamChanged=true,LookUp(Team Contacts,Title=DataCardValue28.Selected.Value,Full_x0020_Name),Pare
nt.Default)

The section IsTeamChanged is a variable based on the Team drop down. OnChange=UpdateContext({IsTeamChanged:true})

Once completed it would be nice to use that field to use Microsoft Flow to email that list of people.

Re: Multiple Select from SharePoint List

Hi,

So the Multiple Line is a Text fied, right?

If you would like to display all the Emails within this single text box, then " use that field to use Microsoft Flow to email that list of people. " should be not available.

I will show an example on how to show Multiple field in the TextBox,

try the formula below:

Concat(Filter(Team Contacts,
              ID in DataCardValue15.SelectedItems.Id),
       Title&Char(13)
       )

To have the Email list used in send Email Action, you should add a forall () function,

Formula should be:

Forall(DataCardValue.SelectedItems, Flowrun.(lookup(Team Contacts, ID=Id, Email), "EmailSubject","EmailBody"))

Michael
