Need help with Service Desk Template

Hi! I'm new using powerapps and im struggling to create a ticket on it, most of the work is already done but the dashboard page got a few errors left. Here is the code, the problem if that the type of variable cannot be compatible with other variables, i cannot spot the mistake.

Set(EditRecord; ThisItem);;
Navigate(DetallesDelTicket;ScreenTransition.Fade;{type:ThisItem.Status;asignadoA:ThisItem.AssignadoA;Area:ThisItem.Area;priority:ThisItem.Prioridad;subjectdisabled:true;subjectfill:RGBA(0;0;0;0);subject_visible:true;description_disabled:true;description_fill:RGBA(0;0;0;0);description_visible:true;commentdisabled:true;commentfill:RGBA(0;0;0;0);commentvisible:true})

Re: Need help with Service Desk Template

Hi @antoniovi,

Could you please share more details about the error message within your app?

Do you set multiple definitions for the variable (EditRecord) within your app?

The error message seems to tell that the type of the variable that you defined here is not compatible with the variable defined other places.

The user @RickC and @paulculmsee have faced same issue with you, please check the following thread:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Discussion/Issue-with-the-new-Set-function/td-p/45527

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Discussion/Sudden-err-but-no-dev-changes-made-Types-of-t...

Please check if the type of the variable that you defined here is the same as that defined in other places.

Best regards,

Kris
