Need some info regarding Custom connectors use in PowerApps

Hi All,

Need some info on how to use Power Apps to call Custom API (Post) using Custom Connectors and handle response from these functions.

Basically, I want to check Success/Failure code from API and any response without using Microsoft Flow.
