Need to remove 'New item' when trying to add a new item to a list using PowerApps form

I have created a PowerApps form to add a new item to a list and I have provided a link to this form on the left Navigation of the home page of the site.

I don't want 'New item' to appear when the user clicks on the link to enter the information.

Is it possible to do that?

Do you want to remove "New Item" in your form?

Yes, I think that would be one way.

I am planning to create a new form.

I hope that solves the problem.
