I'm trying to make a normal search bar, when I type something, filter the results, and when I don't have anything written, all the orders will appear.
I don't know if it has something to do that is grouped or has a sub gallery
So, that is much different than what I understood from your messages.
In this case, set your formula to the following:
GroupBy( Search(OrdenesAbiertas, TextSearchBox1.Text, "ORDEN_x0020_VENTA"), "ORDEN_x0020_VENTA", "Ordendeventa" )
This will provide what you just described.
Apparently it works with other fields in the list such as "ESTATUS" but does not work with ORDER_x0020_VENTA, which means that the search is done in the sub gallery and not the main gallery that is where the order number is hosted
Every time I get closer to the solution
Actually, now seeing a screenshot with the ORDEN_x0020_VENTA...is that defined as a numeric column or a text column?
There is no particular "hosting" of values in main or sub galleries. It is all based on the formula and your grouping. In this case, when using the "ESTATUS" column, you're just filtering/searching on that column in the main list OrdenesAbiertas and then grouping. You need ORDER_x0020_VENTA to filter/search and then group. (Remember, your Search is inside the GroupBy, so the main/sub galleries play no part).
So...what kind of column is ORDEN_x0020_VENTA?
Now we're getting there...
Change the formula to this:
GroupBy( Search( AddColumns(OrdenesAbiertas, "txtOrden", Text(ORDEN_x0020_VENTA) ), TextSearchBox1.Text, "txtOrden"), "ORDEN_x0020_VENTA", "Ordendeventa" )
We need to convert the numeric to text as the Search function only works on text columns. The AddColumns function above gives us a valid text column to search.
