How bad is that , we have only one function to get the current time and that is also giving me my system time .
If I am changing my system time now value will also change . If I am going to validate my condition with date time it will definately fail if someone will change the system date and time and login .
Please suggest if we can do something about it .

Yes, in PowerApps, current time depends on system time currently.
There's no very good way to avoid this.

As anlternative way, I suggest you create a Flow that will enter the time instead of using the Now() on the Submit button.
