OnScan open Screen2

Hi,

I am trying scan a QR code which puts the data into a text box which is on screen 2. Should this work or am I being stupid?

OnScan: Navigate(Screen2,ScreenTransition.None, Set(varscan,BarcodeScanner1.Value))

Issue: Invalid argument type (boolean). Expecting a record value instead.

@Bullman

The 3rd parameter in the NAVIGATE function needs to be a record.  I think you are getting an error because you've used the SET function there.  Instead, I would suggest putting this code inside the OnScan property on two separate lines.

Navigate(Screen2,ScreenTransition.None);
Set(varscan,BarcodeScanner1.Value);

Re: OnScan open Screen2

You might need to set that variable first and then go to the second screen. Try instead:

Set(varScan, BarcodeScanner1.Value);Navigate(Screen2, None)
