Option Set Specification error

Hi,

I want my text field to display just the job cards with 'job status' as 'problem solved'. However when I try doing this using the value and name of the option, it shows an error.

Please help with this error.

Thank you

Re: Option Set Specification error

HI @AnjaliAnil ,

Do you want to filter your 'Job Cards' records based on the "Job Status" column value?

Is the 'Job Status' a Option Set type column/Two Options column in your 'Job Cards' Entity?

Based on the formula you provided, I think there is something wrong with it. I have made a test on my side, please consider modify your formula as below:

CountIf(
             'Job Cards',
             'Customer Asset'.crbb4_customerassetid = AssetListGallery.Selected.crbb4_customerassetid && 'Job Status' = [@'Job Status'].'problem solved'
)

Note: The 'Job Status' represents the Option Set name which binds to the 'Job Status' column in your 'Job Cards' Entity.7.JPG

Please consider take a try with above solution, then check if the issue is solved.

Re: Option Set Specification error

Hi @AnjaliAnil

To resolve this, you can update your expression in two ways, please replace the written expression with the Job Status part in your expression.

1) Convert the Option Set column value to Text value
Text('Job Status') = "problem solved"

2) Compare with the Option Type field value:
'Job Status' = 'Job Status (Job Cards)'.'problem solved'

The highlighted part is the convention for 'Column Name (Entity Name)'.Option

Hope this Helps!
