Patch Stopped working after going from 3.19091.18 to 3.19092.12

Patch formula does not appear to be working with sql table any longer  Reverted back to 3.19.091.18 and the same command works correctly. I've attempted removing the connection and rebuilding the connection as well as rebuilding the table it was updating to no avail.  The formula gives an error The requested Operation is Invalid: A value must be provided for an item.

Thanks for the reply! After spinning my wheels for a while, I went sleep, woke up and it all starting working. Scratching my head on it.   To answer your question it is a azure sql db.  When the problem was occuring my patch formulas that updated a row were working but the patch formulas that inserted a new row stopped. The troubleshooting steps I took; 1. Run an insert into command on the table with the same service account that the data connection is running. Result was successful. 2. Delete the data source from the power app and re-add: Didn't resolve the issue 3. Revert application back to previous power apps release: Worked! 4. Reverted back to new version: stopped working 5. Went to sleep: 6 Woke up: it started working again on new version:

Command
Patch('[dbo].[WR_AppReadinessEmail]',Defaults('[dbo].[WR_AppReadinessEmail]'),{EmailDate:Now(),AppInfoID:First(AppComboBox.SelectedItems).ID,AppName:AppNameLookup.Text, VendorEmail:TextInputVEmail.Text,EmailStage:2,FormsSubmitEmail:User().Email,AppIdentifier:IdentifierLookup.Text,NumberOfAssets:Value(NumofMachLookup.Text),Stage1CompleteBy:First(AppComboBox.SelectedItems).Stage1CompleteBy,BusinessCritical:BCriticalLookup.Text,MsGuidance:MSTelemetryLookup.Text,MsAssessment:MSAssessmentLookup.Text,MsReady:MSAssessmentLookup_1.Text,Stage2Response:VCompLookup.Text,Stage2Comment:CompatCommentsLookup.Text,Stage3Result:TestingResultLookup.Text,Stage3CompleteBy:'TestedBy Lookup'.Text,Stage3Comment:TestingCommentLookup.Text,ReadinessStage:3})

What does the patch command look like?  Are you using this with azure sql or on-premises through a gateway?
