Patch picture to existing list

I have been trying to follow these guides to create a flow to upload pictures to SharePoint.  The problem is, the guide seems to only be creating a list, not appending or patching an existing list. I have the follow created as in the guide but now I need help figuring out the commands to use to take that file and upload it to the list.  It should be name the same as the item# and store in the item_pic column.  Here's what it looks like. I also tried ForAll(AddPicture_1,UploadPhoto.UploadPhotoToSP(DataCardValue8.Text,DataCardValue7.Text,AddPicture_1)

Suggestions?

Re: Patch picture to existing list

Hi @Hiattech,

First of all, would you please share the guides' links that you followed?

May I know the reason why you use Patch to update records instead of SubmitForm?

If you want to add a attachment to a SP list item using Patch function directly, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

Re: Patch picture to existing list

@v-monli-msft, I apologize, I thought I included it in my original post and I've been traveling all week.  Here are the links I've been working with.
