People Picker to DisplayName from a Sharepoint List

Hi,

I'm trying to display a list of names from a sharepoint list people picker field in a Dropdown Box and filter the associated gallery accordingly.

Below is what I'm currently trying but the dropdown is not displaying any results:

Capture.PNG

Capture 2.PNG

I've tried various formulae in the dropdownbox for example:

Choices(Issues.Test_x0020_Person, DisplayName)

to no avail.

Any help in displaying all DisplayNames in the dropdown box would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you @v-monli-msft for your reply, but that's not quite what I'm after.

It was a basic syntax error for the dropdown box.  Changing the Dropdown Box People Picker to:

Distinct(Issues, Test_x0020_Person.DisplayName)

fixed the issue.

Thank you for the reply though.

Re: People Picker to DisplayName from a Sharepoint List

Hi @Christior,

Notice that gallery control only display the items not editing them, so you actually do not need a dropdown control in this gallery to make the person and group field shows for each item. You just need to add a Label control, and set its Text property to:

ThisItem.ColumnName.DisplayName
