Phone/Tablet Model/Type

Is it possible to get any deatils of the model of phone/tablet a user is using.  I have an SMS feature where the fuction code for Android is Different To Apple (Who would have thought) so I want to have only one option based on a test at startup etc

Yes I saw others requesting it.  I do a simple work around where user must choos OS type on start.  This will work for this one till a function is created
