Post update statement to Azure SQL

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to PowerApps and I love the ease of it! I would love to combine PowerApps with PowerBI to write back some additional information in our datawarehouse. So now I'm trying to connect to Azure SQL (that works) and display all the information in a table (lets say start with a list where you can select 1 which you can edit in the next screen). The changed info must be written back in SQL, as a normale UPDATE statement.

How ever I've read a lot and followed the eDX training I'm not able to resolve this. Can somebody help me with some additional information (like a good YouTube movie, a blogpost or something) on all I want, but in special the update action on Azure?

Re: Post update statement to Azure SQL

Hi MiKeZZa,

I assume that you have created an app based on SQL table. And now you are trying to save data back to the table.

If you have a form, you could consider to use SubmitForm function to submit data to data source.

You could also consider to use Patch function to create or modify records of data source.
