I'm also having issues with the data source connection. Started about 15 minutes ago.
Experiencing the same in the same time frame. Had a user claim about an hour ago
It is back up on my side too but some connections are just too slow. I opened a ticket but I have not heard back from Support team.
Chiming in from Cleveland, OH area. Our service has been basically down since about 2:15EST. Any updates?

Sorry to say that it occurred due to a known issue and addressed shortly. However, impacts presented on your sessions, especially at Central US.

This issue happening again now. Its becoming very frustrating for our users.
We are also experiencing issues. About 10am US Central time we started seeing issues with connections to SharePoint lists.
