PowerApps Error : The header row contains more than one field name "_PowerAppsID_"

Hi, and thanks in advance for any advice.

I left a project over the weekend and now when I return to it I get an error whenever I try to create an action that is associated with the source data (ie an excel spreadsheet in dropbox).  Currently I am trying to create a button "SubmitForm(Form2)".

It reads:

The header row contains more than one field name "_PowerAppsID_".

I am confused because I think that is an automatically generated column and I dont know how it could have gotten a second field.

Thanks again for the help.

Matt

Hi @mattfiu,

Have you actually opened the excel to see if it is true that you already have 2 of these?

Re: PowerApps Error : The header row contains more than one field name "_PowerAppsID_"

I had to reconnect all my tables but I got it working again.

I did not have two of them.  I think they are internal indicies that PowerApps creates.

Thanks though.

Re: PowerApps Error : The header row contains more than one field name "_PowerAppsID_"

I think I had downloaded the spreadsheet and tried to upload the same one.  I did not realize that PowerApps wrote the id directly to spreadsheet.  It must have been trying to create another column.  Thanks.
