Issue : When users attempting to access the app from their mobile (both Intune configured/non Intune configured), they face â€œconnection errorâ€. Once user click on Fix Connection , client certificate pop up appears and continue the connection error. Please see the attached screenshots.
Please note that App is shared across organization and all users have permissions to all Data sources, If the user access the app using web version and click on fix connection then it works.
Hi Mark, also from the screenshots and our logs it seems like you were able to log into power apps even though the devices are not enrolled. I would also ask your IT department to take whatever Conditional Access policy your IT department has on SharePoint and/or Office, and to apply it to both "Microsoft PowerApps" and "Microsoft Azure Management" cloud apps (see attached image). This way the users will be asked to enrolled their devices upfront and the rest of the app flow should work.
