We have extended our trial license last Saturday but today we are not able to logon anymore. The url loops to the logon screen to start the trial. Can someone help us? We have some of our work stored already so we don't want to start again

Do you sign in PowerApps with your proper account which has extend the PowerApps Plan 2 free trial license?
Do you have an Office 365 include PowerApps license (e.g. Office 365 Enterprise E3 license) for your sign in account?
Please check if you sign in PowerApps with your proper account which is used to extend the PowerApps Plan 2 free trial license.
Also please consider clear cache of your browser, then sign in your PowerApps again with proper account, then check if the issue is solved.
If your sign in account owns a Office 365 include PowerApps license (e.g. Office 365 Enterprise E3 license) and your app does not contain any features restricted to PowerApps Plan 2, I think you still have access to your app. On your side, please go to Office 365 Admin portal, and then enable corresponding Office 365 license for your account.
