When on a screen (scrollable screen or blank) with a gallery inserted i can not scroll on my mobile device until i touch the screen at least once....then it works perfectly. Its like I am activating the screen. My other app works without touching the screen. Both applications were working fine and I am unsure what change I could have made. Both applications are hooked to SP lists. Any ideas?

Which mobile device do you use? The Android Mobile Device or iOS Mobile Device?
Further, which version of the PowerApps Mobile App within your mobile device?
I have made a test and the issue is confirmed on my side. I have made a test on my Android Mobile Device (Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro), the version of my Android Mobile Device is 7.1.1. The version of PowerApps Mobile App within my android mobile device is 3.18061.12.
On your side, please check if the version of PowerApps Mobile App is the latest version, if not, please update it into the latest version, then check if the issue is solved.
I would post this issue to my product team, if this issue is solved, I would reply here.
The fix I found was basically perform a clearcollect and connect as opposed to connecting directly to the SP list. I dont know why that worked. Thanks for the asistance.
I second that. Most galleries wouldn't scroll until you jumped out and then back into the page.
Confirmed the issue occurs when "Improved App Rendering" is turned on app settings. Once I turned it off to render in classic and re-published the scrolling functionality returned to normal.
I can also confirm the issue is still here with the latest PowerApps 3.18083.32 on iOS with the new rendering mode (switching app to Classic rendering fixes that).
