Powerapps Customize SharePoint Form - Bug with Confirm exit

Hello - I have customized my SharePoint list form with PowerApps and want to keep users from exiting the form by clicking outside the form and that lead me to turn on "Confirm exit" property on App but there seems to be a bug with this as the dialog does not appear when i try to exit the form but it appears when i try to move away from the list page. Please see the file attached.

Re: Powerapps Customize SharePoint Form - Bug with Confirm exit

Hi @dmoorjmalani ,

I just tested with IE web browser and I got the same result. And there is also another thing I noticed. If I modify some values in the form, and click the outside of the form. Then I go back to edit the same item, before changes are still there. So the form actually didn't exit and it keeps the old unsaved changes.

But if I once select another item to edit, then the old changes would be gone. So generally I agree that this should be an issue here.

According to the blog here, it seems that this feature works for standalone app, and it didn't mention the SharePoint custom form. If you need this to also apply to SharePoint custom form, you could try to add an idea in below forum:
