Hi Michael, @TopShelf-MSFT
I know we worked on some App crashes a few months ago and although we did not have too many crashes ever since, we started seeing them again.
Previous posts: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Discussion/Powerapps-Service-Availability-Performance-Is...
Although they are not as frequent as earlier, we're beginning to see them and it is really worrysome as we have rolled out more apps at differnt locations.
Crashes is the same as last time, its a gray screen with a frowny face. Attached.
Here are the session id's for 2 seperate crashes that happened around the same time:
Can this be investigated?
Thank you.

@Cybersurfer411 I've messaged Michael directly, let's see what he comes back with.
@TopShelf-MSFT
Thank you!
@Cybersurfer411 This is the message I recieved back from one of our team members:
Michael:
@Cybersurfer411, can you tell me more about the data you're pulling into your app? Approximately how many rows are you bringing into the app and how often are you collecting data?
@Cybersurfer411
Do you have delay loading disabled?
Could you provide browser console logs (F12)?
Hi, We're pulling less than 20 total rows but we have multiple galleries that include pictures (icons). We're collecting data everry 3 minutes.
Delayed loading is enabled. Do we need to disable it? can you also please recommend which options in Advanced features need to be checked (or not) as the App has multiple galleries pulling data every 3 minutes? I will try to provide browser logs. thank you.
How are the images stored? Are they URLs or are their bits stored directly in a table?
Was this resolved? I may be having a similar issue.
