Re: Problem In comparing datacardvalue

I am afraid currently there is no workaournd to deal with the delegation mentioned here.

The if () function might have a little problems for the formula.

Which should be write as:

If( !IsBlank(Lookup(SharePointList, Approver.DisplayName=DataCardValue11.Selected.Value, ID)),

     Notify(),

    SubmitForm())

The lookup function should work as expected.

If you would like to bypass the delegation warning, you may take a try to use the AddColumns function,

For example:

If( !IsBlank(Lookup(AddColumns(SharePointList, "ApproverName", Approver.DisplayName),
ApproverName=DataCardValue11.Selected.Value, ID)), Notify(), SubmitForm())

Please note that:

When Addcolumns function used with a data source, these functions can't be delegated. Only the first portion of the data source will be retrieved and then the function applied. The result may not represent the complete story. A blue dot will appear at authoring time to remind you of this limitation and to suggest switching to delegable alternatives where possible. For more information, see the delegation overview.

Michael
